I’m back after a long Eid break out of the country, and I can’t believe all the amazing sales that are coinciding all at once! Kuwait started off with the 50% off Villa Moda sale, and they currently have the 90% sale happening now. The U.S. had their yearly Black Friday sales, and then luxury retailer Saks Fifth Avenue had an astounding 70% off sale! Visit any online site now and you’ll be guaranteed a bargain.

The Deal which basically is an outlet for a lot of Habchi & Chalhoub brands and usually has items on 50% have discounted an additional 30% on all bags, purses, wallets. Their brands range from Le Tanneur, Nannini, Orla Keily, Nina Ricci and some more. Great savings!

Also, The Deal’s old location has been converted into a Celine outlet that also includes some Marc Jacobs shoes. Celine also has the same offer as The Deal does on bags…. an additional 30% discount on the already discounted 50%.

Also, in the same section as the above stores, there is a shoe store called Vecini (or was it Venici?) that has 75% discount on some of their shoes, brands like Giuseppe Zanott (some prices have dropped from 200KD to 50KD!!)

I visited Louis Vuitton last Thursday on my hunt for a red bag. Instead I fell in love with their Le Majestueux city tote in Verone (above on the left). I’m a fan of Suhali leather and the color’s elegant and understated, when you compare the Verone color to the Black. I don’t like the harsh contrast of the black version, it makes the gold brass look too brassy.

Currently Louis Vuitton only has the Majestic in Black but the Verone and White versions are due to arrive in store by next week. It’s KD760.

I also love it in white (below)! Do I go ahead and buy it or do I hold out for a red handbag?

As I turned the corner, that was the first thought that came to mind. I had no idea Lacroix had been open in Salhiya since March. That’s what comes out of only visiting the stores on the ground floor!

I am loving the new spacious Louis Vuitton store in Salhiya. It displays all their beautiful collections in the best light.
