Summer’s Favorite Dress

What do you think of this Laura Dahl Jane Dress?
I think it’s absolutely gorgeous! The cut is flattering for most body shapes and it’s casual enough for the summer. The fuschia offers a shock of color that guarantees people pay attention to you. What are your thoughts? Is it my ’80s fashion sense that’s making me love this look?

so i thought it would be a good idea to ask you! thank you in advance!!! 
i am a university student and i would really like to do a summer job! is it possible to get a job in any mall? or maybe somewhere else? you know sooo much about malls and shopping!
