Last week Closet Candy paired flirty Fall dresses with some comfortably stylish cardigans. This week’s Fall trend is the over sized cardigan. Gorgeous cashmere, cable knit and cotton cardigans should be a mandatory store purchase at Closet Candy. If you haven’t checked out their latest offerings you should and immediately!
Charlotte Ronson super soft wool “grandpa cardigan” shown with Taka Cameron top. So Comfy!

Mike & Chris cotton long “Joey” bubble cardigan with snap buttons in black ash. Worn over Karen Zambos cloud red slip dress. This cardigan is a great cover up for any weather!

Generra cable knit over sized short sleeve cardigan (my favorite!) over James Coviello color block silk slip dress. This cardigan is both stylish and cozy.

Generra lightweight tie neck cardigan. Shown over Berry Halter chiffon/silk top by Development.

C&C California cashmere V cardigan in maroon. Shown here over a cotton Gingerella Ruffle top. Great for work! Accessorized by Sogoli’s ribbon and stone bracelet.

C&C California cashmere V cardigan in ivory. This is a more casual/funky look with Generra grey trapeze top and Made Her Think Glam Rock necklace.

Twig Cashmere. A great new cashmere line, this is a cashmere crew neck cardigan in heather grey. Although it had just hit Closet Candy, this is the best selling cardigan (also available in beige). Shown here over C&C pandora tank in faded black for a casual look. Accessorized with Made Her Think bracelets.

Charotte Ronson short sleeve cabelknit cardigan in olive/brown. Worn over Development Horse print blouse. I love short sleeve cardigans because you can get to show off the beautiful silks and chiffons this season.

What do you think of Closet Candy’s over sized cardigans? Which ones were your favorite?

When it comes to coats and jackets, what is your style? Do you go after the funky modern look with interesting silhouettes or do you prefer classic shapes that will last years? Winters in Kuwait are brief yet harsh. I have two classic coats that have been in my closet for years. One is leather and the other is a wool blend. I try to buy one trendy coat in the winter, but it usually turns out to be a parka and I give it to the needy when it goes out of style.

My favorite jacket this fall is a combination of trendy and classic look. It’s the Mike & Chris Leather Hoodie, a snug fit and supple leather make this jacket.

Thanks to MyBeautyBar.net we’re having a great time testing out fantastic beauty products. It’s lovely having the spa treatment at home!

Wildberry Body Polish: made of strawberries with red raspberry oil and pure cane sugar. It also contains fruit acids and essential vitamins that remove off your dead skin cells. What I like about this scrub is that as you are scrubbing it converts into lotion and rinses off easily. For best results, use the scrub two to three times a week. It leaves the skin extra smooth and silky.

Moisturizing Body Wash - Thai Coconut Lemongrass: This body wash is sulfate free and it contains exotic fruit extracts with pure mango butter. It leaves the skin very smooth and supple. It has a clean scent.
Silk and Honey Lotion - Thai Coconut Lemongrass: Made of real honey, pure silk, exotic butters, nourishing organic oils, and selected fruit extracts. The lotion is absorbed quickly which leaves the skin soft and smooth for a long time.

I like using the Bella Luce products together. I think that they work well together and one product compliments the other. Bella Luce is my favorite because their products smell amazing and they left my skin feeling soft and silky for a longer period than ordinary products. I would definitely purchase these products on a regular basis!

When it comes to fashion and style, Jennifer Garner isn’t the first name that appears at the top of the list. I don’t see a glamorous touch in most of her looks. At the 2007 Video Music Awards, VMAs, Garner proved otherwise. She looked amazingly cute in the adorable Temperley dress. Her hair, jewelry, and make up was all perfect and complementing each other. Way to go, Jen!

We first posted our MyBeautyBar.net review about Cake Beauty. This review covers Peter Thomas Roth and Alterna products.

Peter Thomas Roth
Bottanical Buffing Beads: This soft and gentle scrub is used for the face and body. It made of jojoba beads, whole leaf, aloe vera, and botanical nutrients. It is made for all skin types. It has two objectives; first it helps exfoliate surface dead skin cells, allowing moisturizers to penetrate better. Then the jojoba beads help open your clogged pores and emulsify the sebum that contributes to blackheads and whiteheads.
This scrub leaves your skin clean and smooth, which feels amazing. I highly recommend it because unlike other scrubs, this is gentle on the skin.
Alterna
HEMP Repair Shampoo and Conditioner: These products are best used together to repair damaged hair. The shampoo is sulfate free that cleanses stressed and chemically treated hair. Whose hair is not chemically treated or stressed these days??
Both the shampoo and the conditioner contain amino acids and other nutrients that prevent dryness and breakage. They also contain fruit enzymes and UV protectants to provide maximum color protection. After you use these products, your hair will feel soft and shiny.
