One of the most essential accessories a person must have is a watch. A lot of people think of it as jewelry that you only wear for an occasion, while others (including me) can’t leave the house without it. I know that there are so many ways to tell time, the easiest is to ask someone, but I think that you have to wear a watch. What do you think? Are you a watch person or not?

Did you know that the EMMY Awards will air live today?

We all know that the best part of award shows is the red carpet walk of celebrities. I always look forward to these shows to see what’s new in fashion, whether it’s the dress, the hair, or their jewelry. What do you look forward to the most? Is there a certain celebrity you always keep an eye out for?

Last week, I received an email from one of the co-owners of Panacheous.com. She asked me to review the website on Kuwait-Style.com. Have you ever heard of Panacheous.com? The first impression I had of the site is that the name will be very difficult to remember.Panacheous is a newly launched online shopping website based in Kuwait. They offer styles for women, men and children with specialized life style and gifts sections.

Some sections are filled with great selections of items while others remain rather empty, with an item or three. The evening dress section consists of one dress, the Bow Back dress for KD250, also featured on the main page.

Prices range from the very affordable to high. The bags and designer section are where you notice a price jump, ranging from KD100 and higher. I found a few things I would definitely buy, most of them from the CC Skye range as seen below.

As a new website, I think the owners did a good job in categorizing the goods they offer. However, the display of the merchandise needs some improvement. It’s a little jarring for the backgrounds of the pictures to change from white to black and into other colors. A more uniform look to the merchandise will do wonders to unify the website. Another issue is the presentation of some of the merchandise. A great image will do wonders for the sales of an item as opposed to a low-quality image.
