Hit or Miss? Phoebe Price

I don’t know who Phoebe Price is but she certainly got my attention wearing this dress.
There is an old rule that redheads should never wear pink. I believe rules are meant to be broken but in this case I wish Phoebe had followed the rules!
I vote it a definite Miss!

MISS MISS MISS…..and scary at that.
I do not know why, but Miss Price always makes me cringe.
She always dresses tackily (is that a word?). She just always looks tacky to me.
Oh and please do not get me started on her purple hair.
