Hit or Miss? Phoebe Price
Published August 27th, 2007I don’t know who Phoebe Price is but she certainly got my attention wearing this dress.
There is an old rule that redheads should never wear pink. I believe rules are meant to be broken but in this case I wish Phoebe had followed the rules!
I vote it a definite Miss!
