Event: Kuwait For Kenya Exhibition
Published July 23rd, 2007
I usually post about clothing and jewellery exhibitions but today I would like to depart from that tradition to write about a good cause.
Kuwait for Kenya (LOYAC) is having an exhibition that will start today at Bait Lothan. You can visit the exhibition on July 23rd and July 24th, from 6PM to 9PM.
Kuwait-Style.com had a sneak peak into the collection that contains an assortment of Kenyan objects from masks to paintings and from jewellery to kitchen utensils. Prices are very reasonable and if you wish to donate more there will be a donation jar at the entrance.
You can view the exclusive pictures of Kuwait-Style.com below and see more pictures by clicking the number 2 below Related Posts.
Please let your friends and family know about this exhibition. All proceeds will benefit chosen schools in Mombasa, Kenya.

Hi Zahra,
That’s my first time to log-on to your website….which I found to be the only resourceful site about fashion in Kuwait…………wanted to take your opinion about a couple of issues:
1- I am planning to exhibit Jewelery in Beit Diva during Ramandan……Which week is best during Ramandan in your opinion (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th week?
2- As this is my first such exhibition, is Beit Diva a good place to exhibit? what kind of clientele do they get?
3- If I also get a chance to exhibit in beit lothan…is it also good to exhibit there? is the clientele different at both places?
Many thanks
I love the fact you are keeping us informed about events with a worthy cause. It’s so great of you to show us ways of helping to make this world a better place. Last year, a group of four Kuwaiti friends went to Cambodia and were shocked with the dire poverty and the rising number of homeless kids. They were determined to make a difference, so they sold the photos they took of this kids and raised enough funds to build an orphanage. They exhibition was held at Beit Lothan as well.
Thank you so much Zahra, Allah yij3alah fi meezan 7asanatich
