Urban Outfitters has some beautiful dresses available online. Many of them are bright and colorful, perfect for the summer!
One dress that seems to be gaining in popularity lately is the Mexican dress that you see here.

i feel in love with mexico after a trip to the yucatan. coupled with my love of anything folk-inspired and embroidered, and i’m sold on this dress! i might prefer one that’s more of a tunic-length and pair it with jeans though
