Fashion and Style Magazines
Published July 9th, 2007The other day while perusing the magazine stand, I got to thinking. For a region that worships fashion and all things stylish we do have an odd assortment of magazines. New magazines crop up almost overnight ranging from gossip to style.
In fashion, we have the lovely Alef, Al-Ostoura, Thouq, etc. Is there a local magazine that you depend on for fashion tips or do you rely on overseas publications?
What magazine do you follow for fashion? As mentioned in my previous post, my personal favorites are InStyle, Vogue and Lucky Magazine.

I remember I was at the salon once and read a magazine very similar in style to Vogue or Elle.. it was from United Arab Emirates (in English) VERY nice.. I forgot the name of it.. that is the closest to local.. I dont like the local ones here much!
Harper’s Bazar.. InStyle is boring, half the pages are ads. vogue you could get it online.. Alef is nice though.

I stopped buying magazines unless there is something very special …
Elle, Marie Claire, InStyle, Vogue, Glamour , Cosmo.. i cant remember all of them but i love them all
I dont like local magazines
not really into them but I once came across one called “aljamela” I think it’s not local though
I really like Cosmo, Glamour & InStyle
I love the stardoll magazine a member created, vogue is the best though, I love elle and instyle, not many but some.
