Shopping smart is not an easy job for those who don’t know where to look. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a laundry rack for KWD 17 just to realize there is a smaller size version of it that sells for a little below KWD 4. I miss old Hollywood glamour when actresses used to dress up for the red carpet premieres. The red carpet has lost its magic over the past years, as premieres grew more common.

Here Claire Danes and Michelle Pfieffer wear no-fuss dresses to the Stardust premiere. I think both dresses are cute and that they look wonderful in them. But while I enjoy the simplicity of Claire’s dress and how she accessorized it, I don’t like Michelle’s dress for a premiere.
