Bottega Veneta Fabulous Bags
Tuesday, June 19, 2007 6:58All girls love bags, right? “Have handbags replaced diamonds as a girl’s best friend?” I heard that line somewhere and I cannot remember where! It stuck in my head as I realized that I do shop for bags more than I shop for jewelry. You have probably noticed due to the number of bag related posts I publish on the website!
I have been browsing the Saks Fifth Avenue website looking at the latest bags available for pre-order, from Chloe to Marc Jacobs. Some are absolutely divine, a few were hideous and already I have decided to save up for many of them. I think I may exceed my two luxury bags per season rule this time!
The ones that caught my eye were Bottega Veneta handbags. I always love visiting the Bottega Veneta boutique at Villa Moda and own a few of the bags because I love their supple leather and colors. Actually, I often “borrow” my mother’s handbags.
What do you think of Bottega Veneta bags? Are you over them after the craze when everyone and their mother had a Chinese bag that imitiated the woven style of the brand? I still harbor a deep love for them and the one Bottega Veneta bag I must own is the messenger bag. I’m in love!
My top three are the Woven Messenger Bag, large Interecciato Tote and the woven trapezoidal hobo! The woven trapezoidal hobo can be found at Villa Moda in other colors. Which ones are your favorites?

Hi this is my first post I’ve been checking here for a while but this is the first post that I really wanted to comment on
I never thought I’d be THAT addicted to bags so I really look forward to your bag related posts (keep ‘em comin) . And as it seems that my wish list keeps getting longer and longer and defiantly I’ve got Bottega Veneta on one of the first spots, the leather is just so exquisite and I’d go as far as to say that it’s an essential item to have in your closet (at least to me). but for now I’m thinking more of getting a wallet since mine is dying on me

That Club Milano Tote is absolutely gorgeous! Okay, this is just proof that I have champagne taste on a beer budget because I want every last one of those handbags! : )
