I first saw these Cartier LOVECHARITY bracelets on Invade My Closet and fell instantly for them. What a great way to start the month, lusting after a bracelt that costs around KD150!
Does it defeat the purpose to want one based on color instead of the charity it supports? That’s superficial, isn’t it? Wouldn’t it be infinitely worse to choose one based on the celebrity? While I make up my mind which one I’d get (if I actually go through with it), why don’t you tell me which one you’d select and why?

Since the Cartier LOVE bracelet was introduced more than 30 years ago, it has become one of the most coveted jewelry designs in teh world and the ultimate symbol of love. Last year, Cartier donated more than $1.2 million to eight global charities from the sales of its LOVECHARITY bracelet, and due to the enormous success, this year Cartier will celebrate LOVE DAY with a new LOVECHARITY bracelet. The company aims to exceed last year’s donations as a number of new celebrities join the endeavor.
The new LOVECHARITY bracelet features an 18K white gold miniature LOVE bracelet graced with the word LOVE and accented with two signature screw motifs. It is set into a knotted silk cord available in various colors, with each cord designating support of a unique cause. The LOVECHARITY bracelet is available for $475 with $100 per bracelet benefiting its corresponding charity. On LOVE DAY, June 8th, 10% of all sales from the LOVE collection will benefit the partnered organizations.

Currently, pink bracelets are the only available ones in the Kuwait store. Other colors will be available in 14 days. I remember prior to deleting this post, someone asked if the charity amount are going to the same international org or to local ones. The answer is, all 10% charity amounts will be going to KACCH (http://www.kacch.org/home/home.htm). The selling price is 150 KD.
