They are 2 hours ahead. You need to keep calling because sometimes they are engaged and sometimes they just don't answer. But if you get through, ask to speak to Maryann. As mentioned earlier on this site, they cost KD5 (about £8) as for shipping not sure yet. But remember you need to think about customs tax if package is worth over £18.
