Pink Moon Boutique

Have you ever shopped at Pink Moon Boutique? Pink Moon Boutique, launched in October 2005, claims to be the Middle East’s first luxury boutique which feature many fashionable designers such as Melissa Odabash, Paul & Joe, Goldie, Tibi, Mint and Ankh. If you’ve got a love for fashion you’ll recognize most (if not all) of the names on the list and will either have one of their items in your closet or covet them. The site is constantly featuring the latest items that have been brought in. A cute feature they have is their Celebrity Style section where shoppers can see which celebrity wore an item currently being sold there.

Why do I love Pink Moon Boutique? It’s a local Net-A-Porter! They bring the brands I love and sell them at reasonable prices. I found one of their Alice+Olivia dresses online and the difference between the prices at Pink Moon and online was $20. If I’d ordered it from the United States shipping would cost me more than $20, not to mention the time it would take to actually get to Kuwait. If you’re not a fan of shopping online then you’ll be happy to know that Pink Moon Boutique is opening a physical boutique on “The Strip” on Gulf Road, near Burger Hub, in a few weeks. I can’t wait!

Pssst, Pink Moon! When will you be bringing Zac Posen to Kuwait?

Below you’ll find some of my favorite merchandise from the boutique. A lot of items I liked are sold out which means I’ll have to make sure I order everything as soon as it arrives. This Alice + Olivia Cream Pleated Doll Top for KD120 is simply divine.

You can see pictures of Nicole Ritchie wearing the CC Skye Black Double Wrap Bracelet (KD78) on the Celebrity Style page..

I adore this Goldenbleu Jordan Camel Leather Satchel (KD185).

My friend loves her Havaianas flip flops to death. I’m not a fan but she’s going to love that she can get them in multiple colors for KD9 without having to leave Kuwait.

This Jackrabbit Scarlet Ibis necklace for KD74 makes me want to get over my seahorse craze.

And the two essentials for every female wardrobe are the low beams for KD4

& Low-rise commandos for KD9 to elimate the tackiness of your thong strap showing.

What can I say - I am literally over the moon with pinkmoon! I have a bone to pick with them though. There’s hardly anything gift-worthy for men on their site. Hope they get their act together on the “pour homme” front.

I am not the Alberta Ferreti types, therefore I ask, what might be a good place in Kuwait to pick up a Abou Jani Sandeep Khosla,a Bhanu Athaiya or a Anita Dongre creation?
I’ve had it up to here wearing those tired Manish Malhotra’s from my neighborhood discount store.
    Help!SOS.

Havaianas used to be on sale on that designer store at Al Kout last year. It was 2.5 KD a pair. When I went to the Philippines, Havaianas was the rage that glam women have room full of them. So I asked the sales lady back at Al Kout if they still sell them. Unfortunately they had low sale that they don’t sell it anymore.
